NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2026 General Election will be held in all precincts in Mercer County on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, for Congressional, Statewide, Judicial, and County offices; and for voting on state and local measures. 

There will be one (1) polling location open on Election Day, November 3rd, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.:

• Beulah Civic Center, 120 7^th Street, Beulah, ND 58523

Applications for mail-in ballots were mailed from the Mercer County Auditor's office on September 22, 2026. Persons not receiving an application may obtain one from the office of the County Auditor or online at vote.nd.gov.

We will also have in-person Absentee voting on Saturday, October 24^th, & Saturday, October 31^st, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. at the Mercer County Courthouse.

A secure drop box is located outside the front entrance to the Mercer County Courthouse, 410 Van Slyck Ave., Stanton, allowing voters to drop off applications until Monday, November 2^nd at 5:00 P.M.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON ON ELECTION DAY AT THE MERCER COUNTY COURTHOUSE AUDITOR’S OFFICE IN STANTON ON ELECTION DAY UNTIL CLOSING OF THE POLLS AT 7:00 P.M.
