MERCER COUNTY

REAL ESTATE TAX STATEMENTS

The 2020 Mercer County real estate tax statements will be mailed around December 14, 2020. If you have not received a statement, please contact the Mercer County Treasurer’s office at 745-3323 or daberger@nd.gov. To alleviate any person to person contact due to Covid 19, please utilize our drop box on the south side of the courthouse, pay by check through the mail to PO Box 39, Stanton, ND 58571 or pay online at www.officialpayments.com.

Century Code, Section 57-20-07.1 states, in part, as follows:

“Failure of an owner to receive a statement will not relieve

that owner of liability, nor extend the discount privilege past the February 15th deadline.” There will be no exceptions to this! If your check does not clear, please call to make sure we received it. Please note also – we are not allowed to accept post dated checks, nor are we allowed to hold on to checks until a designated date. Meeting Schedule
The commission meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM CT.  Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
If you wish to appear before the Commissioners please contact the Auditor's Office at 745-3292 by noon of the Friday preceding the meeting.
 
 

 

 

 

 

MERCER COUNTY WEED BOARD, MEETING TIMES

The Mercer County Weed Board (MCWB) schedules a regular monthly meeting on the Second Thursday of each month.

Meeting time is 7:00 P.M. during the winter months (Central Standard Time), or 7:30 P.M. during the summer months (Central Daylight Time).

Location is the Beulah Civic Center.

All business conducted at these meetings will deal with pertinent matters of the time of the year, including but not limited to financial, herbicide or equipment purchase and maintenance, employees, and all other germane topics of need.
Some special meeting times/dates may be necessary, and notice of same will be posted in this location.
